Three steps, every time
Book a session
Pick a day on the calendar. Your pass or membership is applied automatically; a Flexipass pays per session.
Turn up, tow float on
Check in with the team, get changed, get in. An hour in the water; the café before and after.
Cancel 48 hours ahead
The session goes back on your pass, or becomes credit on your account. Later than that and it's used.
Before you buy
No. Everyone swims on a pass or a membership; a Flexipass (£50 a year, then £7 a swim) is the pay-as-you-go option. Your very first swim can be Test the Water, £12, with no pass at all.
