This is a chance to check in with yourself and connect to great nature. Alongside time in the spacious sauna, there will be opportunity to swim in the lakes, making this a unique evening.
A Sauna Master, Cold Water Instructor & Guide, Lucy will lead you through the heat, cold & rest to create a mindful experience leaving you feeling centred, clear & connected.
The combination of leaf whisking, spoken word and music all work together to support this deeply connective session.
