About
Aerial yoga in the cabin with Nix of Phoenix Wellbeing: gentle flow, general and restorative classes for every level.
Aerial yoga combines traditional asana, the physical postures of yoga, and yoga philosophies with the aerial arts, using an aerial hammock.
Our co-founder Nix of Phoenix Wellbeing offers regular aerial yoga sessions. Her classes emphasise a positive, joyful relationship with movement and are open to all levels.
Gentle flow is suitable for anyone new to yoga and aerial yoga: a more yoga-focused class with some beginner-level aerial poses. The general class is for those who are confident in the air and practise yoga regularly. Restorative is suitable for all and is inspired by Yin Yoga, bringing ease into the body and mind.
Add a swim (£5) or a swim and sauna (£10) to your class at checkout.
Good to know
Cancel 2 days or more before your session and your booking credit will be returned:
- Pass: Your session will be added back to your pass.
- Allowance: Your allowance will be reset.
- Card payment: The amount paid will be added as account credit.
If you cancel less than 2 days before your session, your place will be released, but no credit or session will be returned.
